Apple Toast
When it's getting cold outside, do you find yourself reaching for more comfort foods? If so, this Fall cozy toast (aka the Basic B*) is the perfect option!

What you'll need:
2 slices of toast (I used marbled rye, it's what we had)
1 tsp coconut oil
1 apple chopped into bite-size pieces (I love honey crisp)
3/4 tsp pumpkin spice
Nut/seed butter (I used Pumpkin Butter from Honeyville Colorado)
Pumpkin Spice granola or any of our granola options
Maple or honey to drizzle

Directions:
1. Add chopped apple to the frying pan with 1 tsp coconut oil and bring to medium-high heat. Sprinkle with pumpkin spice and cook, stirring often until desired texture (about 5-10 mins).
2. Toast 2 slices of bread and slather with pumpkin butter and toss on the Pumpkin Spice granola then drizzle with maple syrup. Then dive right in!
